When I started my hair process I had like a brassy orange tone and my end goal was blonde. Santina walked me through the process and the first step was to go dark with some blonde balayage the second step was to go lighter brown/caramel with more blonde balayage and my final step was a lot more blonde highlights and balayage and I am absolutely so in love with my hair and my blonde!! I had an amazing experience at Michael's on Saturday October 31, 2020!!!! It was my first visit and only wish there was a before and after picture. Santina my stylist is a gifted stylist who treated me with extraordinary care and advise for my crazy curly frizzy hair.. Because of her experience and skill I was amazed at the result of my shiny smooth and healthy hair. I would highly recommend Michael's and most especially Santina because of my own personal experience. I was showered with compliments from friends and family with my new look!!! I had another great appointment with Santina (17/10/2020). As always, the haircut was wonderful. Santina always makes me feel refreshed and renewed. I was also very pleased to see the Covid-19 precautions in place. Everyone in the Salon was following the rules and this made me feel especially safe and comfortable. All the staff at Michael's are friendly and welcoming.

Just got my haircut from Santina today and I must say that I've finally found my stylist! Not only does she do a great job but she also makes sure to meet her clients needs and then combines it with her amazing skills and leaves you with a stunning result! Not to forget how kind she is!
