Working with Kera is genuinely a pleasure. She is a true professional and is both thoughtful and skilled in her approach. She has also been instrumental in helping me successfully transition from colouring my hair to embracing my rapidly greying locks in what has been a very smooth and comfortable process. I feel at ease sharing any thoughts I might have on a style or look I am aiming for, knowing that I can count on her to offer genuine feedback. The salon in general is extremely client focused and well managed and in my opinion, makes a strong and consistent effort to provide a meaningful and pleasant experience to it's patrons
